Take your drawings to the next level with this fun, six week introductory course in the art of mixed media! Learn how to collage with different mediums using still life objects, landscapes, and other images while honing your drawing, composition, and color skills.

Supplies needed:
Students receive a 10% discount at Larkin Arts on all supplies for this class!

- Ziplock bag to hold scrap pieces
- 11” x 14” Mixed Media or Watercolor Paper pad
- Scissors
- 1 bottle Extra Strong Elmer's Glue
- 3-5 sheets of 8 1⁄2” x 11” Canson paper (both neutral and bold colors)
- Assorted sheets of decorative paper, any size and amount
- 1 matchbox set of 4 earth tone Conte crayons
- 1-3 fine-tipped pens, various sizes (Micron or Staedtler recommended)
- 1 medium charcoal pencil
- 3 pack vine soft charcoal
- General's kneaded eraser
- #2 or HB pencil
- Colored pencils, any size set (Prismacolor recommended)
- Sanding block
- Bombay India Ink in black, and 2-3 colors of your choice
- Small tube of Titanium White Gouache
- Tubes of watercolor: Burnt Umber, Ultramarine Blue, any Yellow, any Red, Sap Green, Yellow Ochre, optional other colors
- Small plastic palette
- Soft bristle All-Media brushes: 4 & 6 round, 1 small flat and 1” flat wash

Optional:

- Pencil Sharpener
- Mod Podge (Satin, Glossy, or Matte) - Set of Soft Pastels
- small liner brush
- Pack of blending stumps
